Absolutely horrible company. I gave a $750 damage deposit a month before the unit would even be finished being built. I then told them 1 week later that I couldn’t move in. They still 4 weeks later have yet to return my deposit. They are also saying I owe them one months rent.. when I’ve never even stepped in the door.. they are sketchy and if I could put 0 starts I would. They won’t give me my 750 back and they are stating I owe rent. Renters beware. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They don’t give a care in the world. Only money hungry.

I've rented at Wedgewood Court for about 8 years . The area is amazing for both families and singles & next door to Hemlock Ravine! The buildings are a little older but maintained well & CLEAN. Any issues I have are addressed right away. The superintendent Robert is GREAT, super friendly , always willing to help and does a great job keeping the building cleaned & dealing with any issues . I highly recommend WM fares .

Management should be ashamed of themselves for their treatment of those suffering during a state of emergency. Many people lost their homes, treasured belongings, and loving pets due to the forest fire and it is irredeemable that this supposed caring business would use the leasing agreement as a scapegoat to prevent my friend from safely housing animals temporarily while their homes were burning and their parents were beside themselves with worry and fear during this unfortunate tragedy. It’s sad to think that empathy for those in need would have to be bound into the tenancy agreement before management would deign to offer their support

My family was affected by the forest fires and I was told no exception could be made to hold my family dog in my unit for a few days. This is a state of emergency and over 14,000 are displaced - hotels are full. I am astounded by the lack of empathy from WM Fares during this time. Would not rent from here, the entire building smells like ciggies and you will have popcorn ceilings for $2000+ a month. (The Crown)

I have lived in the Wedgewood area for 5 years now and it has been a great experience! It is quiet and the buildings are well maintained. Everyone is so friendly. W.M. Fares lucked out having Robert, the super in my building. He is always checking in to make sure everything is good and is always quick to respond to any issues!

As a tenant of Saint Lawrence Place since the building opened I love where I live. I can get a hold of building management 24/7 should I need help with anything. They really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. We are close to all amenities and downtown.

610 Washmill Lake - Good location, near Costco 🙂 and bike-walk trails which is super convinient if you like any activities outside. Great managment, if you have any issues with apartments it would be fixed right away. They offer big locker and indoor parking. I lived there 4 years and I don't regret. Just keep in mind it's on the hill so there might be a little bit more fog on the rainy days and there is no visitor parkings but overall, it is a nice place to live.
