I received one of the best birthday presents ever last November. We spent the afternoon having our official “walk-thru” of our new Lakeland Home and then closed the following day! When we were given our closing date, I never would have believed that our home would be ready that fast but incredibly it was!! We visited the site often and were amazed at the progress each time and how Lakeland organized the trades to be lined up ready to go as soon as needed. Dealing with Lakeland was/is a pleasure, starting with Andre and Mike; they make you feel like your home is their priority and they are both so personable and easy to deal with. Dan and Denise were so helpful in all of our selection process and very patient with changes and questions. Can’t say enough about Matt, the site supervisor, with all he has to deal with and juggle, that guy always has a smile on his face and can’t do enough for you to ensure a smooth building process. Lakeland builds absolutely beautiful homes and they worked with us through all of our custom changes to make a home that we are both totally in love with.

We built our custom dream home with Lakeland and they absolutely delivered more than we could have expected. The greatest compliment I can give Lakeland is that I knew the highest quality work was being done and I didn’t need to worry about it. Every time I thought there was something that needed addressed, or a part of the process I didn’t understand, it turned out Lakeland was already three steps ahead of me taking care of everything. Truly professional work. Last minute changes didn’t phase them, all my ideas were included along with ideas and input from their own team to truly make our dream home come true. Particularly Andre was fantastic and really easy to deal with for layout design, meeting Mike on site to go over every step was very impressive and both had amazing attention to detail. They have every base covered. My neighbours who used other home builders all have complaints when I ask about their process, which makes me really appreciate my experience working with Lakeland. I really felt like they had my best interests at heart. Well done Lakeland. I wouldn’t consider any other home builder and I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone considering building a home.
