Ivan and his crew were amazing.

We purchased our home and were greeted by a wet basement. I called a few vendors, who came by to look and give us a quote. But Brookdale was the only one that made us feel comfortable & confident they could do the work. Ivan came by with his team to analyze everything in our basement from top to bottom.

The job itself was a challenge given the nature of our concrete (extremely well poured cement from the 1940s) but his team worked their butts off to get the job done.

We are extremely happy with the work and his advice/guidance.

I also used Brookdale to put in a basement washroom rough in.

All work was done to my expectations (and trust me i'm extremely A-type as Ivan can probably attest to).

I would 150% recommend his team for any waterproofing work!!

Ivan is the nicest contractor I have ever done business with. He is so polite and patient and answered all my questions. I had a sump pump installed and Ivan and his friendly team did a great job.

Great company to work with, very professional. On time starting and finishing the project. Kept the area clean. Very helpful in reinstalling a new laundry tub and taps also. We had several quotes on our leaking basement. Ivan wasn’t the cheapest one but he saw issues other companies missed. He worked with us to do all of the repairs within our budget. Ivan and his team put in our sump pump, after having two floods. They worked fast, they were professional, they fixed the problem, and cleaned up the mess quickly, and all for a fair price. Happy with the work. Was a great experience. Would recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their basement.
