Closing the on ramp to EC Row, the main artery to get to the other side of town on a whim without proper signage is ridiculous. Give people notice prior to previous turn offs before the closure so people can get to work on time. I come up the herb gray parkway to find out too late that the ramp is closed heading east when going to work. Your company is so disrespectful to the people travelling in this area. Quit being so cheap and sign your closures appropriately please. Have some respect. Hopefully you will be done this project soon and aren't given any more projects that involve roads.

After reading some reviews I noticed a common element, the owner is a robot.
Such a company who can't even find the time to respond directly to people who took the time to ither give compliments or complaints, need to wake up. I have found this company's lack of understanding community needs, and how individuals live.
Or even the fact that it's population is getting older, not everyone has the ability to jump over concrete curbs, or walk on unsold ground, what about people with mobility issues, nobody was given a second thought. Even EMS if they had to visit with a sick person had trouble negotiating the disconstuction as I call it. Lives could be lost, when time is of the essence. But to this group, it's seems to be a non-issue. People's way of life is tossed to the curb if you will, leaving work sites with no egress to or from homes, forgetting to erect traffic signs so that people don't hit each other's cars at an intersection. Yes all this is quality and care. I wish all who had a bad experience could go and dig in front of the owners house, makes his aging parents try to walk in mud and over plastic covered curbs to get to a car a block or more away. I think he would have a fit. NIMBY

I have never encountered more disrespectful workers in my entire life. City of Windsor has contracted them in my neighbourhood. I’ve watched them throw garbage on the ground numerous times, everything from energy drink cans to someone coming out of the port o potty wiping his hands with a paper towel and throwing it on the ground right in front of me. They’ve been extremely rude to me and act as if me living on my street is an inconvenience to them. They left a machine on with blinking lights in front of my home all night and today paved everyone’s driveway except for mine and my neighbours obviously because we’ve been targeted for addressing their bad behaviour. This is not a guess, EVERY other driveway/sidewalk on either side has been paved. I haven’t been able to get into my driveway for WEEKS. I’ve never experienced anything like this, the disrespect of my neighbourhood is to the extreme. I will be contacting the city as has and will MANY of my other neighbours.

City Goes With Lowest Bidder: Citizens get what is paid for!
Either that, or there aren't many companies who can do this kind of work, cuz wow this has been a long summer (and now most of autumn).

I don't think I've ever seen a less professional, efficient, or overall capable group of labourers in my life.

Construction is inconvenient, work needs to be done, I get it. We're all in this together. So I'm not really sure why the Sterling Ridge guys are constantly rude to people trying to go about their daily lives. Sorry you chose a profession that involves roads (which is how people get to their houses, since that seems unclear based on the workers' conduct).

Once I came home to find a great big Sterling Ridge truck parked in my driveway, and I thought, "man, it sure would be nice to be able to access my driveway." After 15 minutes of standing outside, questioning passing workers (several of whom told me it was "the boss' truck"), the Boss came over and said "you need me to move that?"

And I thought, "no dude, I need you to not ever presume you can park in my driveway again?" But what I said was "yes, thank you", because I was raised to be considerate of others. Sterling Ridge should advise their workers to try it!

Constantly throwing their garbage all over the place; rude whenever me or my spouse or my neighbours need to get into our homes; no notice given when driveways would be blocked; the job done with the urgency of a boulder giving birth; sloppy, ugly work... and once they just left a piece of construction equipment in the middle of the street. With the lights on. All night. What an absolute mess.

I work in the trades, if I acted this way to my clientele, I'd be out of a job faster than these guys can throw a Tim Horton's cup on my curb and drive off (which is very fast).

Since no one will give info freely on this project so it falls to you, the contractor on site. Turner Rd., Tecumseh to Memorial is beyond haphazard. Months of dust and construction vehicles polluting the neighborhood. No end game. Inconvenience to everyone. Unprofessional attention to complaints. Racecar driving. Driveways blocked with no warning. Sassy retorts from workers.
If its the city or a utility holding you up say so. If so the blame could be directed forthright.
Thus far nothing but unprofessionalism on your part.
This ain't the big dig in Boston, its sewers, water and road grading. Get it together or higher new bosses. SMH.

Don't clean up after themselves. Your street and lawn will look worse after they leave.

Doing construction in my area. They block the entire roadway both ways , they are 2 weeks past their finished date. Guys have been throwing their empty beverage containers on peoples lawns, some have even been urinating between cars on the road. Simply unacceptable behavior

Sterling ridge Hit multiple cogeco lines on my street including the line for me and my neighbours phone and internet. Did nothing to try and resolve the issue other than to have 20 people stand around in a circle and say not our problem sorry. Left multiple cigarettes on the ground in front of my house. Dug into my lawn without my permission then to top it off nicked the wire the goes to my actual house for internet not just the feeder for my neighbourhood. Everything about this company is unprofessional to say the least. The Formans excuse was they weren't supplied drawings from the town of kingsville! Ever heard of locates ?! Nope just dig blind and hope for the best I guess !
