My experience with Tony, the other Tonys and the Defined Group was excellent.

Tony and his group converted my small open outdoor backyard patio into a 3-4 season room.

Tony is personable and easy to work with.

I told him what I wanted and he followed through.

I got the 3D design prior to the work to get an idea of what could be done.

Tony made more suggestions and implemented ideas that made the patio even better.

The patio may now be the best room in my house.

I have now been relaxing on the patio more in the past week than I ever have in the past 7 years.

If I decide to do more upgrades to my place, I will be hiring Defined Group again.

I have been waiting for a long time to replace my deck. It was quite old but usable. I had many visits from supposed experts. NOT. When the guys from DEFINED GROUP showed up, they were very positive. We discussed possibilities. We went with the most economical. Being raised by a carpenter, I know a lot about wood, construction and tools. The guys were very understanding and realized I wasn't the usual women who didn't know much. We discussed every possible way of doing the job properly and safely and economically. We butted heads but found the best way. The guys were very knowledgeable and know their work. In a few days, my deck was done to my satisfaction and then some. I should mention how polite everyone was. In the end, everything was cleaned up and all the garbage was cleared away. Thanks guys. Looking forward to the next job.

First things first can't say enough about Tony and his crew! Professional, kind and respectful. My project was to build a fence 60ft long across my yard with 5x5 Post and a small fence beside my garage to block out a gap. With my work schedule it was tough to find time to do it myself. Called Tony and witin a week the project began. They started on a Tuesday done by the following day. The quote they gave me was spot on and what I was looking for, especially for today's economy.
