From initial consultation to engineering/design and execution the team not only maintained my confidence but also stayed on budget. We didn’t shut down one day and the team were respectful and professional throughout the entire 6 month project.

Carl is highly knowledgeable and can envision dental-specific solutions for many problems. Kelsey helped design the incredible space allowing me to envision with their 3D walk-through before the project even started. Scott and Jay made everything a reality, working with me daily for the duration of the project. Their professionalism and craftsmanship are the best around!

From the moment I walked into their office, I felt like I was working with a group of friends that I could trust. The CCS process is unique, and is basically a one stop shop that allows you to design, engineer and construct your dream project into a reality. If you are a medical health professional with a busy schedule, look no further. CCS takes care of the entire process which allows you to focus on the other needs of your healthcare practice. Carl is quite literally available 24/7, and was responsive to all of my needs. He will do anything in his power to make you happy with your project. He's also just a really cool guy, and you'll want to remain friends after your project is done. Patrick is an engineer extraordinaire, he saved me time by taking care of all of the permits, and he is very knowledgeable in his field. Kelsey has impeccable taste as a designer, and she played the largest part in making the office look absolutely stunning. Jesse and his crew were always great to work with, they didn't cut corners and they worked very professionally and neatly. A shout out to Noal, Evan, Stephane and of course Mumtaz on the amazing electrical and immaculate mill-work. I couldn't be happier with the final result. Thank you all from Boutros Eye Care!

We were referred to CCS from friends when wanting to put an addition on our house. From the beginning Carl, Chad and Scott and team have been great. They made the process easy from the design stage through construction all the way up to completion. Very responsive to our questions.

I think the best part was how professional our neighbours perceived them as well. They were there almost everyday until the job was completed and they always cleaned up the site after every shift. The trades were always timely and equally as professional.
