Hudel construction can only be described as one of the "go to" contractors for the Waterloo Region. Dave and his team go above and beyond when it comes to home renovation/restoration.

If you are looking to invest in your home and believe in the old adage "you pay for what you get" then Dave is the right person to talk to. From initial design, quotes, construction and finishing, Dave goes the extra mile to ensure the finished product is of the utmost quality. My entire main floor and bathroom reno have stood the test of time and even when I had a few minor fixture issues - 3 years post reno - Dave ensured that warranty and replacement parts were honoured and put in place.

I highly recommend Dave and his team and will be sure to use them again for any home related projects in the future!

Dave and his team were absolutely amazing to work with!

His attention to detail and ability to coordinate all the trades left us feeling totally confident and relaxed during our renovation.

Because we continued to reside in the home during the renovation, Dave was very respectful when it came to scheduling and also the way he left the house after every work day - totally immaculate.

He, and his team were very respectful of our space and that was so nice not to worry about. Many people walked through the house during construction and commented on how clean and organized the space was.

Dave also performed some very intricate trim work and shiplap that looks absolutely amazing.

He is super pleasant, fun, and communicates with you at every turn! Every member of his team was the same!

We also found his prices to be very competitive and extremely fair, especially given all the detail and attention he paid to our job. Very transparent, honest and works in your best interest to meet your goals.

We hired Hudel Construction for a brand new home build. I am experienced in construction, but knew an entire home build from scratch would probably be over my head. Dave and his crew worked with us on every little detail, and I know we were difficult, and at times extremely picky, but he understood, and everything we wanted was accomplished.
Dave's contractors are top notch, and they all stand behind their work, if there were issues or questions they were addressed and corrected without a fight. Dave still calls every few months to follow up and make sure we are happy with the build and that no issues have arisen.
I currently, and will continue to recommend Hudel Construction Inc. to friends, family, and even strangers if the conversation presents itself

Dave and his team have been fantastic to work with over the years. We initially hired Hudel to completely refinished basement including a new 4 piece bath, separate laundry room, wet bar as well as installing a water management system and it turned out fantastic. We later re-hired Hudel to help re-tile our master bathroom and kitchen with fantastic results which helped us sell our first home at a premium. Cannot recommend Hudel enough and is always the first to call when we have renovation projects. The quality of the work has been outstanding as well as the value.

They don't cut corners and Dave's attention to detail is outstanding. I appreciate their no-nonsence, tell-it-how it is approach. I wish I had found them sooner. I hired Dave and his crew to replace all of my windows and doors. They got the job done in a day with minimum inconvenience. Trim work was executed with excellent craftsmanship. I recently found a small manufacturing defect with one of the windows and Dave took care of it next day without any hassles. I will definitely get Hudel to quote on all of my upcoming reno projects. Their work comes with peace of mind that is well worth the price.
