We recently had issues with our septic line, and Jake from River Valley came to the rescue the same day we called. From start to finish, his positive attitude, friendly banter, and professionalism were A+. He worked tirelessly over two days, ensuring the issue was resolved efficiently and effectively. Jake made what could have been a stressful situation much easier with his demeanour and expertise.

Lance, Shane and the rest of the crew were fantastic to work with. We had several sewer backups in a month and they came to help quickly. Turns out we needed our entire sewer line, indoor and outdoor, replaced. We couldn’t find a plumber willing to do the dirty work of jackhammering the floor so Lance had his crew come do it as part of their job. They were friendly, polite, efficient and reasonably priced! As much as I would love to work with them again, here’s hoping we will be good for a while! 🤞

It was time to get my septic cleaned out, but we didn’t know exactly where it was or how deep. Turned out it was 5ft underground.
Dave was so helpful and invested in helping us get things sorted out. He called on several occasions to see how digging out the septic was going and to provide advice.
We also had a blocked pipe in the basement and Dave organized to have the line washed which sorted the problem.
The line wash was performed by the awesome Brandon G, who did an effective efficient job.
As long as I own a septic I will be using River Valley Septic!
They really look after their customers!!!!
