I wish I could give zero star to one of the realtors George Janzen highly unprofessional and unethical will not recommend to anyone, double standards realtor. Stay away from him and when complaining about him manager does not want to do anything about the situation.
New edit to your response my realtor is very professional in what he says and does Thanks God he is not like your representative we have messages that were sent to him he knew from get go that the property was dirty filthy did not have guts to be in the walk through he handed the keys to my realtor and left from outside and then said my seller has not returned the Damage deposit intact the house is not cleaned so we are holding damage deposit, he also mentioned his daughter can do cleaning for the property why did he make those statements all I am trying to tell you is that he lied about all this and today you called me to inform me that the sellers have released damage deposit what kind of joke is this?

Very unprofessional realtor in this office George, stay away from him
New edit I did not speak to you as my spouse was talking to you but after listening to everything you took his side, so that is why I am cautioning the public to be careful of the realtor in talks “George” my name is also on the offer and being ethical for a realtor is very important in this business he told my realtor something and then after texting did not live up to his words this is all I am trying to tell you please don’t cover him up we have messages that were sent to him

Had an issue with buyer's bonus at closing that was not issued, but it was rectified by both buyer and seller's agencies few days after closing. It was a legal and ethical matter, served a lesson for both parties involved. They handled the situation satisfactorily.

We bought our very first home about 9 years ago, Wayne Jensen was our realtor. We just recently sold that home and purchased another, had such a great experience the first time around, that again, we got Wayne for our realtor! He is so incredibly knowledgeable, very helpful, always right there to answer any and every question you have!
