I ordered from Oil City Concrete Plant for a commercial job—poured a large slab for a warehouse build—and had a great experience from start to finish. The ordering process was straightforward, and the staff actually took the time to make sure I was getting the right mix for what we needed.

Delivery was on time, every time. That might sound basic, but when you’re running a crew and have equipment on standby, delays cost money. Their drivers knew what they were doing, worked well with our crew, and kept things moving without needing hand-holding.

The concrete quality was solid too—good workability, no problems with slump or set times. Everything cured nicely, and we had zero issues with cracking.

This was one of the smoother supply experiences I’ve had on a commercial site. I’ll definitely be calling them again on the next project.

What an absolute disappointment of a company,, They continue to show up to my footings with concrete wet enough for the wall slump when you ask for it dry then when you ask them anything, they cannot speak one bit of English been doing this job for 15+ years and this is an absolute disappointment to the concrete world. I don’t know if this is how they run a company in other countries but it is a disgrace to the Canadian concrete industry, honestly Such an unprofessional company if you’re seeing this comment, do not order we will not be using these guys again…

Had to play phone tag with 3 different people to order concrete, price changed from what was quoted on the phone, then their driver dumped over a cube of leftover concrete into my trees while “cleaning out” when contacted they said they would send out a gift card as a resolution to make up for killing trees but never sent it and probably never planned to. Would not recommend using them.
