Sorry this is so late, just went through pics from my trip and realized I didn't leave a review!

We had a great hour out on the golf course road with our beautiful Vespa. We realized once I got on the bike I was too short to ride and they refunded me I didn't even have to ask, and I got to ride on the back with my brother-in-law instead. It was his first time on a scooter and he got comfortable right away. They give you a short lesson before you set off.

I highly recommend adding this to your next trip to Banff, it's a lot of fun!

Banff by Scooter is the best! We’ve ride with different scooter company before but vespa experience is superb! Nothing can compare! We book it for our pre-wedding photoshoot. Lorie, the owner is very accommodating and nice! I messaged her through the facebook page, asking if I can reserve a white vespa for the occasion. She messaged me back right away and we talked over the phone for more information. Once we were there, my fiancé and I was nervous about the photoshoot but Lorie’s excitement for us took the edge off. The signing of the waiver and orientation part was easy and informative. Lorie even recommended breathtaking view/places around Banff. The vespas were in great condition. My fiancé and our photographer love driving them! And as a passenger I love riding it! Not uncomfortable in any way. Definitely a great and memorable experience for us! We are for sure going back in the near future. Highly recommend for future bride and groom or if you guys want to experience and see Banff in a different way! Posting some pictures from my sister’s phone but will definitely update pictures once the professionals pictures are back!

MUST TRY IN BANFF!!! Customer service was top tier, even before the scheduled day they made sure everything is perfect for us! You can ride it solo or as a tandem. Favourite spots were Lake Minnewanka and Fairmont Golf Course! Such beautiful scenery while cruising on the coolest vespa. Thank you Banff by Scooters for an amazing experience!

A perfect way to explore Banff!!! We had so much fun and such an amazing experience at Banff by Scooter! I’d never ridden a Vespa before, and it was super easy to learn. The owner took her time explaining everything, including a customized route for us to see everything in the time we had!

What a wonderful and fun way to explore Banff and take in all the scenery! The owners were so kind and patient, they explained all the safety and teaching so well. I had never ridden a Vespa or scooter before and they did such a great job explaining how to operate the scooter that I felt very supported and confident riding it solo.
If you are visiting Banff or even if you are a local, you have to come and check out Banff by Scooter, it truly offers an unforgettable experience to take in all the sights!!

Once in a lifetime experience! Add this to your Banff bucket list!

Whether you’re new in town or a long-standing local, this is one of the best ways to tour the town! The Vespas are well maintained and super easy to use, especially as a new rider. The owners are absolutely lovely and are happy to help you out until you get comfortable on them and have mapped out the best routes to go on.

The owner is very helpful and nice. She gives us a detailed introduction about the scooters and the town. We really enjoy riding time in Banff town. With the scooters, you can explore many good outlooks, which are not reachable by feet. Wonderful experiences!! Highly recommend!!

I went after reading all the reviews and would like to say I didn’t experience any form of racism. I was greeted with kindness! The lady was quick to train and get us on the bike and was super helpful with routes we could take. She gave us the best directions and made everything as simple as possible. Safety was a concern for her and that makes me happy because we do need to be able to operate these scooters safely! Thank you for the amazing experience! Will recommend to all my friends!
