Where do I start... Rob was amazing throughout the whole process. From pre-listing to arranging staging to listing day to closing, he was always there whenever something was needed. Most importantly, the effort he put into getting our house priced properly was greatly appreciated. He did a significant amount of market research and presented it to us in a rational and systematic manner to enable us to achieve the comfort needed to list. Ultimately, our house sold in 3 days for 98% of our list price and I am 100% confident it was because it was well priced and presented. Rob is an incredible asset to have in your corner, both as a buyer and a seller. We first met Rob during our initial house purchase 4.5 years ago. After we bought our house, Rob continued to follow up with us on a personal level over the years - checking in with family planning, work accomplishments, and the day to day living. The entire process of buying our dream home, and selling our current home took 2 weeks. I still can’t believe it how smooth and painless the entire process was. Throughout the journey, Rob was always available by phone call or text, responded immediately at all hours of day and night, and was able to manage our expectations with a calm demeanour and wicked sense of humour. I cannot recommend him enough - he cares deeply about his clients, and it shows in the unprecedented level of care he puts into every interaction.
