While I haven’t personally worked with Rami, several of my friends have bought or sold homes through him, and their experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. They consistently praised Rami’s deep market knowledge, responsiveness, and excellent communication throughout the entire process. Many also appreciated his patience, no-pressure approach to closing a deal.

That said, one recurring feedback has been the closing gifts. Although it's absolutely not required and always appreciated, the gifts such as AirTags or a steak knife felt lackluster compared to what some other realtors offer (e.g., Dysons, premium alcohol, TVs, or soundbars) that are more useful or thoughtful. Again, a closing gift is a thoughtful gesture, not an obligation, but in a competitive market, and for such a significant purchase in these peoples lives, these small touches can make a lasting impression. This could be the difference between receiving repeat business or referrals to friends and family.
