Joanne was such an incredible help and so respectful as we sold my parents home of 53 years... Her husband Derek is a skilled contractor and we hired him to take on the many repairs and fixes that needed doing before going on the market - what a transformation! Between Derek's work and Joanne's team staging and photography/filming expertise - our home sold in 3 days flat to a lovely family! Thank you!

I cannot express how grateful I am to Neil and Joanne. They were exceptionally compassionate and beyond helpful when my mother sold and bought.
Unfortunately my mother passed away and I was tasked as executor to sell her home. I asked Joanne (and Neil) if they would help me out since my mom had such a wonderful experience with them.
Joanne went above and beyond for me, making sure it was smooth as possible and stress free. I had never been in the position of selling a house, Joanne and Neil explained all possible routes that could be taken to ensure we optimized the current market. They gave wonderful staging tips and had an excellent photographer to make an already beautiful more radiant.
The house wasn't on the market long!
I would definitely recommend the Partners!!!

Joanne and Neil are the best in the business!! They were able to get top dollar for my house sale and went the extra mile dealing with the buyers agent ( who were a bit of a pain) and took the stress off of us.. Also they found me a great new location at an awesome price! My wife and I could not be happier with service and personal touch, as Neil and Joanne truly are great Partners and treat there customers like family! I would NOT used anyone else!! Thank you again Neil and Joanne for the awesome job!!

Joanne and Neil's expertise was outstanding. They carefully and accurately appraised my home and came up with an excellent strategy to quickly sell my house which then sold for overasking!! Worked with Joanne and Neil for months waiting for the right time to sell and buy. The perfect time came along and everything came together quickly and professionally. Marketing started happening and the interest grew immediately. Within one week we were sold and our property was not an easy sell.
