I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional experience I had working with Jake Jordan, a truly invaluable member of The Jennifer Jones Team.

Working with Jake to find our next home has been truly a great experience. He always made us a priority and his communication was impeccable. He responds immidiately and gets in touch with other party right away coordinating showings as quick as possible. He always shows up on time, with a positive attitude and is extremely approachable! He made appointments work at our convenience and last minute at times by rearranging his day for us. It took us a long time to find what we were looking for and Jake always made himself available and present at every showing. First, I wanna to thank you Jake for being so amazing to work with. Not only was your knowledge and skill top notch, you are such a pleasure to work with.

I can not recommend Jake as an agent more than enough. He literally climbed up a mountain to get us into a rental in time for November first even though our deadline was coming up fast. He was always avalible to talk and answer all of the millions of questions I had and never made us feel like a burden when we were turned down from multiple rentals. He is kind and compassionate and one of the hardest working agents I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. If you are looking for a good agent who’s going to actually hear your story and know you as a person and not a number on a credit report Jake is your guy. Highly recommend Jake as a realtor. As first time homebuyers we had no idea what to expect or what to do, and Jake with his team gave us all the information and helped us along every step of the way. He was extremely knowledgeable in the market area, and the process and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home within our budget range. Jake was available at any time for questions, documentation and house viewings (even ones with a murder basement, after dark). Him and his team were even so kind as to send us packing tape for the 100s of boxes we have to pack! Never had such a friendly and kind experience as with Jake and the JJ Team. In the future if we ever decide to sell, Jake will be our guy. Don't let his extremely youthful appearance fool you, he has decades of knowledge and expertise to help you buy or sell. Thanks Jake.
