Bad selection and high prices. Didn't get acknowledged by staff once; just stared at from a distance like I'm a POS. Rude, snarky people who need a lesson in customer service. Go to Boardanyone if you want a decent shoe selection. I'll never go back to this place.

The little sports shop that could! There’s a surprising variety of great little finds here, especially considering the size of the town and the fact we were here in winter. Super cute shop and found what we needed.

In Kenora for a hockey tournament and was shopping (and buying) here when my 7 year old grandson had to use the washroom. When I asked the sales clerk he said that it was not permitted even if I was purchasing something. I promptly set my merchandise down and left the store. Never to return. Kenora touts itself as a tourist destination but this retailer certainly doesn’t promote customer satisfaction. Rather the opposite! Shop elsewhere!

Just left there bought some clothes 380 worth the lady in the paid shirt was so rude and has a bad attitude. Because of her won’t be back. Unreal do not work in retail if you have a bad attitude.

It would be 5 stars as they are best clothing store in kenora by far, except that their hours really make it difficult to shop if you're working. I'm not sure why they wouldn't tailor their hours to peak times. Like open for lunch hour then stay open until 9 or even 8. I mean it's only 5:30 and I've already missed them!! But they're worth the wait. Really wide variety for every style, and one of the only places that has modern or skater, and the best name brands. My mom, my boyfriend, my daughter and myself can all find styles we love which speaks to the varied selection, always freshly stocked as well, I rarely see any of the same items from my last visit!

Was terrible, their one employee kept following me around the store, and when I picked the item I was buying he followed me to the register😭😭 but I still bought it anyways!!! Good price though. Their knowledge about hockey equipment is poor!!
