Best crew in town - had a side window and windshield replaced after they got smashed in - top quality! They have also replaced my cafe door closer, replaced one glass with indestructible new plexiglass, and supplied me with a broker approved fire break in my kitchen. They do it all!!!

Damaged an antique table we had them cut glass for. Staff were rude, dismissive, and unaccountable. No refund or apology, just a promise that the owner would call. Still waiting. Repeat customer, but never again. Terrible experience.

Due to convenience to my home and the excellent service provided, I tend to go to Pro Auto Glass for my vehicle glass needs.
It's just by the first crossing of the CPR tracks and there's lots of off street parking in their lot.
It's wise to look for train movement in the yard when approaching the business as vehicles waiting for the crossing to reopen, can delay getting there sometimes, but not always.
I went in today to make an appointment to have a rock chip repaired and after it was closely inspected, I was given an appointment for 1 pm today. Very impressed!
There is a level entry into the shop and a unisex washroom on the main floor. There is also a display of the various windows for structures which they also install. I noted this visit there was also a boat in for some work, so they cover all the bases.
Update: I arrived a bit early and the vehicle was immediately moved into the shop for the repair. I relaxed in the comfortable seating area, set up for waiting customers. I didn't have to wait long as it was done and I was headed for home in about 35 minutes.
The price was very reasonable and the work outstanding. Another pleased customer.

I am extremely disappointed by the service received at this location. From booking the appointment until the vehicle was picked up, there was nothing but problems. Unfortunately, not being from here, relying on reviews, and what others had told me, I let myself be convinced that it would get better.. Was I ever wrong!!

When I initially tried to book my appointment, I was advised that my vehicle was discontinued in 2012... I am not a car person, but I know the make and model of what I drive... I am not that incompetent!! Second, I was advised that a phone call would be made on Friday to confirm that all the pieces were in and to confirm my appointment the following Tuesday. I did receive the call... Everything was apparently in order, my appointment was confirmed... Pretty basic right? Not so much... a couple hours after I brought my vehicle in, I received a phone call advising that "a piece was missing"... Now, I am not sure how one can FORGET a "piece" AKA the windshield, when the whole purpose of the job is to have a windshield replacement... At this point I am forced to wonder ... Why did they call to say everything was in order during that "confirmation" phone call? Did anyone even make sure the windshield was in stock? And if they were expecting to be delivered, didn't someone consider checking the order that arrived that Friday? The following Monday? The morning of the appointment BEFORE removing the windshield?! I understand that things happen but this one is kind of a MAJOR oversight. Had they been good about it, it wouldn't have been so bad. But instead, I was left stranded, with no vehicle, without ever being offered a rental or anything of the sort. All I was told was that it would be ready the next day by 4 - which means I have to figure out how to get back from work that day, to work the following day, and back to the shop to pick up my vehicle. As I THAT wasn't enough, when I called the following day asking exactly when I could pick up the vehicle, I was advised that the windshield had STILL not arrived and that they could to guarantee that it would be ready on the Wednesday which meant that I was going to be stranded even longer... Now, tack on to that the fact that I am in the midst of a major move a couple of provinces over and needed my vehicle to run errands to make sure everything was in order for that move -which they were made aware of AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT ... Frankly this company is a joke and if I could give less than a 1 star I would have. The best way to describe this shop and this employees is: incompetent, disorganized, and rude.

We are traveling across the country when we happened to get a huge windshield crack due to a passing truck. Called closest city(Thunderbay with no luck ). Called Thurs morning, told Jerry we were coming through the area Friday. Result. Yes sir, no problem., could we be there first thing in the morning. Showed up first thing, said we could come back around 3.Back at 2:50. Done,. Bill was as quoted. Very friendly. Would recommend. Thank you Jerry.!
