What in the hell is the lady taking pictures doing! I got my card today and I'm horrified looks like a mug shot! And my chin wasn't even lined with the cam and she didn't give a feed back, This is so unprofessional!! How come I don't get to see it and give my approval like other respectable places? Its mine and I paid for it I should at least choose the pic and on top they don't even have their printer to print a card! Ik damn well if it was her she would make herself look good how come the rest of us don't?

Today went to get a handicap pass and to update addresses on licenses as showed only POBox . Got numbers for both husband and I and also for handicap pass. First two numbers called and we proceeded to two different ladies to fix address unfortunately attitude was very poor and then our number for handicap got called by another lady and she went beyond to help and explain and fix our addresses and even did the handicap pass and both our addresses for our licenses. Highly recommended A.Landry I believe was her name from the Amherst vehicle registration office.

If you plan on taking a drivers test here of any form, just don't. The big gray haired tub of lard will make you regret doing so, no matter if you fail or pass.

Absolutely fantastic service....We have visited this location in Amherst NS on a few seperate occassions for a few different reasons during our transition from Ont to Nova Scotia transplants. Each and everytime the staff has been extremely friendly, courteous, informative and patient especially a young gentleman who has served us on 2 of said occassions by the name of Josh and all during the Covid pandemic of 2021. Fantastic job by all the crew and kudos to management as well.

Did my Motorcycle balance test in Amherst a couple of weeks ago. Staff are very friendly and professional.

The one person I dealt with directly (in person) was so very sour. Worst experience ever.

Tried calling about 10 times a day for a week straight with nothing but a busy signal too.
