I needed the services of Tuxedo Septic in a bit of an emergency situation and they responded promptly to my call. They had been highly recommended to me by family members who had used their services last year. Especially recommended was Edgar who was the employee who pumped their septic and so I was very pleased to see it was Edgar that arrived to assist me.
Edgar works so effectively and efficiently. But the thing that stands out the most about Edgar is his amazing work ethic and his compassion for the needs of his customers. He went above and beyond to solve my septic issues. I am so thankful to Edgar for all his help and feel he is an amazing representative of Tuxedo that makes it easy for me to highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend Cassandra and the team at Tuxedo Septic highly enough. We have been using them for four years now, assisting us with regular maintenance on our trailer and renting of facilities for our annual family gatherings and they have been stellar at every turn.
They are prompt in both service and communication. They go out of the way to accommodate the customer’s needs and I can always count on them.
If you are considering renting extra facilities of a party or gathering, or you require professional, efficient service with septic maintenance, they are the best!

On July 11, 2016 we had this company do an emergency call to our cottage. I was very impressed with the speed of their arrival after my call . It was probably was their supper hour. or the end of their work day. The job was difficult because the cover to the tank had not been removed for 40 years. The employee was patient and also a good communicator which was also very helpful. I did not get his name but he is an immigrant from Germany and a credit to his former country. We are lucky to have people like this come to work in Canada.

Very quick service. We called this morning to schedule a septic cleaning, and they advised they were not sure how quickly they could get here. We were totally find with that (non-emergency), however they ended up showing up just two hours after our call! They did not have to drive on our lawn at all - they have a very long hose to reach the septic. Cost was $190.
