If there was 0 star I would rate this place a 0. It was my first time coming into the location. I was not aware how the facility operates so I walked to the window that I saw the receptionist. We made eye contact nothing. Then she picks up phone call and ignore me and talk to another employee. She then sees me standing there for sometime and tells me to move down to the window. I told her are you kidding you could have just said that when I got in. She decided to bark and say I didn’t see you standing there. Long story short I ask the other receptionist is there a manager she told me I just spoke to her !!!! WHOA!!!! What a nasty manager. She had the nerve to continue and said I shouldn’t have come to the location !!!! If any one has any information on how I can report her please keep me posted. The location is OVERBOOKED you end up waiting 2-3 hours. The receptionist are not nice either very nasty but then again I see why there higher up is nasty. Avoid this location. My doctor however was sweet but this office has the most rudest people working there. There should be accountability no one should be treated this way period.

I'm in disbelief at how unprofessional and dismissive this practice has become over the years. I've been going to Dr. Kagan for over 5 YEARS & their receptionists have always been terrible. They either don't answer the phone or put you on hold forever during business hours. They don't effectively communicate anything and cause billing issues & appointment discrepancies with patients including myself. Appointments with Dr. Kagan have always felt rushed and she was not willing to run tests for what she did not deem necessary even after expressing concern. During my last appointment, Dr. Kagan abruptly left to assist with someone else's pregnancy while I had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance & already been brought to the medical room to be seen. I was already undressed to be told I would have to reschedule because of an "emergency". As my appointment was also urgent I asked to see the other doctor at the practice named Dr. Haselkorn, while her bedside manner was good and she was very patient with listening to my concerns, she accidentally yanked my Mirena IUD out during my procedure & it fell on the floor (mind you I had this IUD for less than 2 months). It was so painful that I decided to not have it reinserted and switched back to another birth control method. Dr. Haselkorn offered to check if my insurance would cover a new one due to her mistake. All of this happened just for me to be told a month later that my services were not covered by my new insurance when I was reassured by the front desk while booking my appointment that it WOULD be covered. Now I am being held liable for a medical bill (which is not cheap) that I wouldn't have been responsible for if their staff effectively and accurately communicated information to me. The staff also never send needed prescriptions over to the pharmacy when they say they will. I always have to follow up to make sure it is sent. I waited weeks and had to end up having my PCP prescribe me the medication due to their neglect. I am truly disappointed by their services and will be switching to a new provider. I do not recommend being seen by this practice unless you want to be distressed and traumatized while receiving OBGYN treatment.

Been going here for about a year now and I’ve only liked it for my doctor. the staff is horrible, they will see that you called and won’t answer, they will hang up on you mid sentence, and never help you when you need help! so unfortunate that i’m going to have to look for a new place to go too I really adored my doctor but the staff makes it unbearable.

I have been going to Dr. Haselkorn for almost 20 years but she is the only reason. The staff has only become worse over the years. I tried to make an appointment and they told me my account is in collections. I had called and updated my address and insurance upon my last visit (2021). They said I haven’t been there since 2020 which is very concerning they don’t have a record of my last visit. But they do have my new address which I did not love at in 2020. I asked them to look at when I updated the address since it was clearly last year and they refused to pull my chart. Ellen, the biller, was so rude and unprofessional. Clearly doesn’t care about patients only money. I’m sad to say after all these years I have to find a new doctor, but I strongly advise against this practice. No doctor is worth how bad their staff is.

I mainly go to the GYN to get medication refills. On my very first semi annual visit I told Haselkorn I wasn't comfortable with certain parts of the exam and that my old doctor let me get sonograms as an alternative. Haselkorn was impatient and insisted she had to do it in order to justify prescribing me anything. It was painful and nearly traumatizing. I freaked out and obviously could not complete it. She blew up at me for "messing everything up". I eventually got the sono. That experience was horrible. I would not recommend this office or this doctor.

I have never left a review in my life but the audacity of this office baffles me. I called the office to make sure they had my updated insurance information, as I work at a separate obgyn office and wanted to make sure they had everything they needed upon my arrival, my appointment was in 2 hours and when I called them they informed me the doctor was sick that day and wasn’t even coming in, but no one called me. When taking with the girl she then hung up on me, I called back to ask for the office manger who continued to cut me off while I was just trying to get one word out and when I asked her to stop cutting me off she told me I was the rude one and started listing her credentials to seem better than me. Dr. Haselkorn has always had terrible bedside manor so I was hoping to switch to Kagan until this happened, I will never again go here.

Literally the worst customer service ever! I am having some medical issues and decided to visit another doctor for a second opinion and requested a copy of my medical records to be faxed to the new doctor. The women on the phone told me there was a mandatory .75 cent charge per page to send the copies, the fee is required by law. I told her that is not indeed the case and that the law says that you CAN charge and if so NO MORE than .75 cents per page. Now, its not about the money but that basically you are holding my medical records hostage and prohibiting me from getting a second opinion without the full picture. I requested to speak with the office manager. After the office manager explained the same exact thing, I told her that it is not the law and of course they could choose to or not, to which she told me that she was "questioning my mental health status if I was getting upset over a measly $14" (the total of what the pages of my health history would come out to). Now, it is none of her business how much money is in my bank account and if this is a financial hardship for me or not, neither is my mental health status. The bottom line is that the response is beyond unprofessional. After two years of dealing with a medical issue that caused me a lot of pain and the doctor at this office telling me it is being caused by something that actually had NOTHING to do with it, I will never go here again. They do not care about their patients and simply care about money.

Dr Haselkorn was amazing and the staff was entertaining as hell! There was a cat fight in the office between employees which made the wait worthwhile and my dr was amazing. I love watching real life drama
