I had Glen evaluate the cracks in my house foundation, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. Thanks to Wise Cracks, we now have 4 cracks repaired in our basement. There's no more water leaking in and the dampness has decreased. The service was top notch and professional. Glenn provided education about concrete, their product, the process, and the outcome. He answered all of my questions and ensured they are available for any follow up questions and service. Great service. Called on a Tuesday evening , work was completed the next day. Staff were polite and knew their work. So far no signs of leaking. ? A little on the expensive side but hopefully prevented more damage down the road will make it worth it. 4.5/5. Thanks for a great service.

We have had a leak in our basement for 30 years. Every year during the spring melt or when we got a lot of rain and the ground around the house was saturated, water would sweep in around a water pipe in our foundation. We tried to patch it over the years with no success. A couple of months ago we hired Wise Cracks to inject their stuff into our foundation around the pipe. We didn’t leave an immediate review since we don’t get water in our basement often, but after the wettest June on record, and the 100ml of rain today, I will finally report that our floor has been bone dry since they worked their magic. Wish we had known about this company years ago.

Guys were right on time, efficient and clean and the repair appears to have fully infiltrated the entire crack as the injection product made it's way to the exterior.
