These guys are amazing! I will use them for all future septic tank work. We had a plumbing emergency on a weekend and they came out at the same time as the plumber from another company. They worked together to get our system back up and running. It's a family business with family values. They were professional and respectful right from the beginning. The person who answered the phone was patient and helpful. The guys doing the work at the house took their time to carefully excavate the yard without damaging anything. They explained everything to us and answered all our questions. After the work was complete they put all the dirt back and packed it in. They went over and above what they needed to do and helped out tremendously. We were so appreciative of all they did. They were very honest and fair. The septic tank didn't end up needing a complete pumping out and instead of just doing it while they were there and pocketing the extra cash they were up front about it not needing to be done. They don't want to rip anybody off. We've already booked them to come back and raise the lid to the level of the ground. I highly recommend KMC. In fact, the plumber had met them on another job and also said they are great people to work with. KMC has made a customer for life. Thank you for helping to get us out of a stressful situation!

a job professionally done and price was reasonable. Had the tank done 5 yrs ago, was more money and made a big mess. Not ,KMC they did great jog hardly know they had dug up tank GREAT JOB !!!!!

Had to make an emergency call on a Sunday... Answered the phone... ( called 3 other companies and got voice-mail... Still haven't gotten a call back 2 days later) Lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. They had their crew ready to go within 30mins of my call and on the road from town in the hour. Crew arrived and were friendly and got right to work. Had me back up and running in no time. Definitely would recommend.
