Very unprofessional. I have been waiting half a year for roof repairs. Keep saying it will be done next week or by this date and it still has not been done. DO NOT waste your time with this company.

The quality renovation done by Louie and his team performed on our living room, washroom and basement exceeded our expectations.

The job was finished as planned. The team was very friendly, polite, punctual, inquisitive and respectful to our needs also had a great time with Bryan & Barrie.

They also went above and beyond what we expected, paying extra attention to detail, without being asked.
It was obvious to us that they took great pride in their work.

Correy & John was always there whenever I had any questions or I needed any clarification. Excellent customer service indeed it was my first experience with a contracting company and it was amazing I would say.

I would highly recommend First General and team for any renovations.

I had a sewer burst on Christmas Day, and these guys came on that day to help me. They have a very loyal and friendly attitude towards customers. I am an immigrant, but despite my poor English, it was very easy to communicate with First General employees, because it was important for them to understand me. I am happy with their professional approach to work. The necessary repairs were made quickly and efficiently. I do recommend that company for sure !

Hired First General Services to locate and repair a water problem we had in our basement. They started digging up the yard to locate the drainage tile pipe. Dug an enormous hole n the driveway leaving a huge pile of rocks for about 2 weeks. After several phone calls they came out and pushed all of the rocks back into the hole leaving the driveway in a total mess. We sent several emails requesting to have the driveway put back in its original state with no response. We had to hire Paul Davis to find an repair the water damage and to repair the driveway. Wish we had of called these people in the first place.

We are now seeking legal advice.

I can’t say enough on how happy I am with First General Restorations. I had experiences with 2 other restoration companies here in Fredericton and were not happy with either, which instilled doubts with all restoration companies. I had to specifically ask my insurance company not to send their normal preferred vendor and then they offered First General. That was the best decision. Jon and his ENTIRE staff were nothing short of awesome, which also equates to the quality of work they did restoring my finished basement from water damage. From the staff who came onsite to work in my house to those I never met from phone calls, everyone was very professional, friendly and eager to help. Thank you First General for bringing peace of mind to me and making this restoration experience great!

This occurred before the holidays which was stressful but the staff worked around our schedule, gave us realistic expectations and timeframes and were always prompt to respond to our questions or concerns. Had a insurance claim with our wood stove they sent out a contractor to do the job which ended up in poor quality workmanship later found out after having another contractor look at it and found that it would not pass code or a wet certificate and now can not get them to do the job properly it has now been 3 months can not get a answer from first general or the insurance company.
