Haven’t been to this store in a long time. Got here at about 7:15am. Glad to see they opened inside dining, only about two years after all other restaurants did after COVID. Paint is chipped off on multiple walls, floor is filthy. Evidently cleaning throughout the day isn’t a priority. Update from a month ago… I was in there yesterday and nothing has changed. The floor was filthy throughout and the touch up painting and chips on walls still need to be done. I won’t post anymore about this store.

I'd like to file a fake complaint. My wife and I have been frequenting this specific store for 7 or 8 years as a quick bite to eat after dropping our little off at school. Friendly staff even when they're busy, apologetic if the wait is over three minutes, and consistent drink and food quality. This last one is my gripe. I've been getting a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry schmear for years, and this morning was the first time in all the times I ordered that it didn't have a piece of toasted onion stuck to it. Really? You have trained me to be prepared for a weird bite somewhere on the bagel for years, and now no toasted onion? A perfectly normal bagel?! The audacity! The gall! I demand toasty onion-y retribution! Your perfect record has been tarnished. Do better. ?

I'm not from the area, but when I met my husband, he would talk about how great Einstein Bros was. We stopped in before work, and I totally get it now! Wonderful staff, great food. Super comfortable sitting area, and very clean.

The customer service is absolutely abysmal
They never acknowledge you when you come in and don't say a single word to you as you wait at the drive thru window for 15+ minutes. Everytime I've been there it's been like this.

If it's going to take a while that's fine just have some decency and keep the customer updated. Or just say hello.

I love their bagels better than any other bagel shop. They prepare your bagel exactly the way that you want it. They listen & repeat back the order to ensure they heard correctly.

This is truly the worst Einstein Bagel in the area.

I walked in & asked how their day was going so far, and the guy behind the counter just stared at me for at least 5 seconds then responded “what do you want”

There were hardly any bagels in stock at 12pm when i visited

Bring a book and a full tank of gas

Sunday morning about 11:00 am I pulled into the drive through to grab a couple breakfast sandwiches. The line was fairly long so I expected a bit of a wait. I turned off the car rather than sit idling. After a few minutes the line moved forward so I started my car and rolled up. Being optimistic, I left the car idling. My gas light came on.
Okay, I’m a little worried but I should be fine. I pull up to the speaker and the attendant says he’ll be right with me. So I wait. Somewhere between 5-10 minutes later, he returns, apologizing because he had to reboot the system. I place my order knowing my sandwich will be in my hands soon.
As I make the turn and am about 3 cars back from the window it occurs to me that I am almost out of gas. The line isn’t moving and I’m worried about running out of gas. When there is only one car left in front of me I noticed that my car is telling me I have been idling in line for over 40 minutes!
At the window, the attendant told my there would be no charge for my order due to the wait. That’s when I could see the staff starting to assemble my order. Total time to get 2 bagel sandwiches ordered straight off the menu, 55 minutes. Not exactly fast food.
While waiting at the window it was easy to see behind the counter. The floor was covered with trash. I watched as staff swept a handful of shredded cheese off the prep area and on the the floor.
Unfortunately, this is all fairly common at the location. If you opt to drive through, make sure you have a book to read while waiting and plenty of gas to idle away the hours.

I go here alot but the food quality has started to decline each time i go. I ordered 3 allnighter bagels online and 2 of the 3 bagels were burnt more than 50%. Would you actually pay for this yourself and eat it?
