What a wonderful experience with Modern Paving. I spoke with the owner as my first contact and Sam was very accommodating to my time and schedule. We agreed on a price, and off his company went. The next morning the crew was at the house and starting work. From the first hour to the last minute they were here, nothing but professional work from Sam’s crew. The driveway looks amazing! Would recommend this company to anyone! As an added bonus, the crew filled a hole in my yard with the leftover dirt and grass. Such a great was to reuse material. Thank you again for a job well done.

Just wanted to say thank you to Sammy and his crew for all their hard work on my driveway. I called Sammy for a quote, met with me right away and started the job the same day. I had an old cracked cement driveway and his crew worked hard, moved all the junk I had in driveway. I didn't have to do a thing which I appreciated as a single woman doing it all. The job was done professionally the very next day. His crew cleaned up everything and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Modern paving to everyone I know.

I used Modern Paving to put in the top layer of my driveway. As it happens, he did the work on my birthday and Sam was feeling generous and as a birthday present, gave me a 2 year warranty and a free seal coat, a year later.
His crew did a great job with both the top coat and sealer.
I would highly recommend Modern Paving for any paving needs.
Sam also has a very outgoing and quirky personality which I found was very humerus.

I got very friendly service from Josh. I needed 5 tons of sand for my backyard pool. He was very knowledgeable and accurate with his advice and quote. He was able to arrange same day delivery as well. I would definitely deal with them again and recommend to anyone else. It was very fast, convenient and efficient. The delivery was great too as the operator of the truck was knowledable and friendly also. Thanks guys!!
