I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the admin staff to Shane lining up all the work to every single tradesperson who have been in our home, they are all extremely responsive, professional and down to earth. Their communication skills are off the charts - always keeping you in the loop as to what’s going on and priced competitively. They always go the extra mile. Highly recommended!

Used them to retrofit a ventilation fan into our central exhaust for a basement bathroom that was newly done prior to buying the house. Work done was good and fast when the appointment was finally made. Only 2 stars because I called for the assessment to get a quote, and that was quick. Tech left and I never heard anything for over three weeks. I finally called and was given the reason of not having my email. That problem was sorted, quote was emailed, I replied back with a request for an appointment to get work done, again no reply… So I had to take time off work to go into the business and request an appointment in person. Appointment was made but would be approximately a week from that day. All in all, very poor administration AND have to hire an electrician to wire the fan into all the bathroom switches as this was not done as I was expecting as per my conversation with the tech. Also techs took the existing working fan motor without asking if I wanted to keep it. People were nice to speak with, but if not interested in $1300.00 job don’t take it on. Pretty sure I will never use this company again because it took a long time to get this job done.

Guys were out to provide some maintenance on an older furnace of a newly purchased home. Cleaned it up and took care of a couple annoying rattles that seem to accompany older furnaces. Appreciate the help! The guys were nice to deal with.
