Poor experience. Sent a plumber to do work that should have been done by a carpenter. Plumber was hours late and admitted he shouldn’t have taken the job. Carpenter did a terrible job with sealing the shower. Business was difficult to communicate with, threatening and rude. Tried to reach out for payment at 11pm and threatened legal action after only a few days. Would not recommend.

Ok the first time I called service was great. They the next time I called. They sent this old guy that was extremely rude and crass with me. Like I was a woman and really didn't know anything. I finally told him it was my choice on what I wanted to do. He was going over everything I had already discussed with the office. Even sent all the pictures of old 1960 wall oven o wanted to replace with a new energy efficient one. Which this old guy didn't think was a good idea. Finally had to ask him to leave. The straw that broke the camel's back was today getting a call from owner that I had not paid the invoics to be insulted by their employee. They had mailed to wrong address. The address was put down on first invoice. Which i had called into office to correct but was never done. Owner called to say I pay for the invoice they sent to that wrong address 10 days ago. No apology for demanding of payment that I never received. Nor any call to find out what happened on the call out. Guess they have to much business and customer service is not a strong suit. So I was charged $100 to be insulted and to go over everything I've already informed them of only to be told shouldn't replace wirh new one cant I send back

Handyman was at the house for a total 1 1/2 hours. He arrived and looked at what he was going to need to replace 2 outdoor taps and install a dishwasher. He ended up at the store at least 3 times. A professional would have retrieved everything on the first trip. I spoke to the owner about the bill and he said he would call me back. He did not! Charged me for 6 hours of service. Over $1000! Absolutely terrible! Plenty of other options in this city.

When I submitted a request online, I heard back promptly from Handyman Connections. Ernesto came out to take a look within a week and the job was done a couple of weeks later. Ernesto is friendly and did a great job. Great customer service all around and I am very happy with the repairs completed.
