We had an issue with ground washout from beneath our covered in concrete patio.

Liftech evaluated the situation & injected polyurethane foam under the slab to fill the voided area and raise the concrete slab. Injection holes were small & once foam injection was completed, the holes were filled with a non-shrinking cement grout & are barely visible on the exposed aggregate concrete surface.

Scott was extremely knowledgable about the product, the process & the limitations of both. As such there were no surprises and an excellent result was achieved.

We would recommend Liftech to anyone dealing with concrete issues requiring a concrete pad or sidewalk lift or levelling

I had a 65 year old 45' x 8' pad and 45' of sidewalk that had fell towards the house lifted and sloped away from the house. The biggest lift was about 4".
Both the quote and the work were done at the appointed time. All communications regarding the job were timely and responsive.
The actual process was much more finessed and complicated than I thought it would be. A series of small holes are drilled every couple feet and injector nozzles and/or plugs are placed in the holes. The foam is then injected to lift the concrete. They had to move back and forth between the nozzles NUMEROUS times to get the results desired. It is much more of an art than a science.
Scott and his crew took the time and effort to ensure the concrete was lifted and sloped to ensure proper drainage.
There is a fair amount of foam than squirts out of gaps and around edges but everything was cleaned up well. The drill holes are then filled with a matching concrete and the end result looks the same as it did before but now has the proper slope.

Scott and his crew were great to work with and so knowledgeable. I got 4 quotes for garage slab/driveway repairs (i know, excessive) - 2 mudjack, 2 poly - one company wasn't comfortable even quoting because of the location of one crack. Scott's quote was less than half of the highest quote and he did a great job. I think it took him longer than expected but he kept working to make sure it was done right. I'd highly recommend Liftech for concrete slab lifting.

I called this year regarding a past quote they had provided and they came out and reconfirmed the work that need to be done. They gave me a date and Scott and his team came out and did a great job on our driveway. It was neat seeing how the foam jacking worked. Our driveway and sidewalks look fantastic (there is one spot where it couldn't be raised anymore but that is the fault of the binding concrete and not Liftechs') The best part is the holes they drilled are tiny compared to normal mudjacking. I would say they are dime sized. Barely noticeable after they filled them.

I was pleased with the end result and would recommend this service. Considering that the cement patio being lifted was almost 60 years old, I was fully expecting at least some cracking that would need to be patched once the lift was complete. However, this was not the case. The grade was adjusted according to what was quoted and holes drilled to inject the foam are barely visible unless you know where to look. d
