特別差勁且沒有誠信的開發商！我買了Markham Gold的第一期，實際的closing費用比當時承諾的要高出好幾萬加币（即使購買合約有所謂的capping levy，根本沒用）。另外，這個物業是2021年底交接的，到目前已經快2年了，整個社區的driveway和綠化还沒有完成，就像個工地一樣，應該是整個wismer最髒的社區。開發商資金不夠，就把費用挪到其他新的項目上，不在乎老客戶的感受，遲遲不給完善原有社區。如果你也在考慮買Sunny Communities的項目，請務必三思而後行，這樣缺乏經驗、且資金不夠的開發商，後期能否按時完成建房的風險非常高，即使交接了，不按時完成社區環境開發，也會讓你很糟心！
A very poor and dishonest developer! I bought the 1st phase of Markham Gold, and the actual closing cost was tens of thousands higher than promised when buying it. In addition, this property was occupancied at the end of 2021. It has been almost 2 years now, but the driveway and parkette of the entire community have not been completed. It is like a construction site. It should be the dirtiest community in the entire Wismer. If the developers don't have enough funds, they may use the expenses to other new projects. They don't care about the feelings of current customers and have been slow to improve the original communities. If you are considering buying their project, please be sure to think twice before committing. Such a developer who lacks experience and lacks funds will have a very high risk of being able to complete the construction of the project on time. Even if the occupancy is completed, the development of the community environment will not be completed on time. It will also make you miserable!

I didn’t buy a home from them yet but just based on my initial interactions I’m not sure if I want to anymore. I called and Cynthia was great at answering my questions about a future Angus development. What was off putting was when my husband and I showed up at the office and spoke to the sales manager. My husband and I were waiting and as soon as she showed up, she was looking at my husband and staring like he didn’t belong there or that she had never seen a black person. I should preface by saying my husband is Jamaican and I am Chinese. It was quite embarrassing and uncomfortable for me and my husband. Like why the long stare? Needless to say, we won’t be purchasing a home from here even when the Angus development becomes available. I’m not implying anything was said explicitly, but we stand by how we feel. And we will put our money into an organization/builder that doesn’t make us feel, uncomfortable.

Really unprofessional builders and I would never buy their house if I could re-select. When buying the house, the development levy fee was agreed at 15,000 CAD, but when the house was closing, they charged each buyer an additional park levy fee of 25,000 CAD besides 15,000 CAD. In fact, the developer handed over the park levy fee to the government in 2018, but the house began selling in 2020, and it was a fraud without telling the buyer when it was sold. After the occupancy of the house, there were different kinds of problems in the house. I asked them for a warranty, and the feedback was very slow. The occupancy date was at the end of last year, and it has been more than half a year since the warranty issues, and it has not been resolved.

NEVER BUY A HOUSE FROM THEM! Their team is super unprofessional, with all the upgrades I chose they messed up the purchase price so many times, and if I hadn't checked everything and done the math myself carefully I would have ended up paying a lot more (don't know if they did it intentionally just to SCAM me!). This builder is known among many local homebuyers to use cheap materials. Purchased a townhouse at Major Mac & Markham Rd, deficiencies from PDI and Tarion 30-day form were never fixed. I paid a lot for upgrade selections and at the end of the day only standard ones were given, and it's taking them awfully long (months) to install one small upgrade item. Their warranty team is super inefficient in communication and ignores your inquires from time to time. They even failed to deliver my keys on occupancy date and even my lawyer was astonished by their lack of professionalism. VERY DISAPPOINTED, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!
