Zancor is a great builder (relative to other builders out there). It's sad to see such terrible reviews. I've owned my Zancor home for over 5 years now and have loved it. Customer service was fair in their response times. Actual repairs to take place took a little longer than I would have liked, but it gets addressed as long as it's under warranty. Reviewers need to keep in mind that majority of their house is built by third parties and not Zancor staff (which is typical of any builder, not just Zancor). The quality of build was excellent in most areas. The windows and doors company they have on contract has terrible craftsmanship. The kitchen cabinets company tried to cut corners, watch out for them. Zancor will take your side if they do and you can help identify it. Overall, the house is well made and very tightly built. I would buy again and I have recommended them to family who have also bought Zancor - and they love their home too!

We purchased our Zancor house 5 years ago, and we love it; the quality is great, finishes are great, and they have been very responsive. Now, what made me write a review for them is that today I picked up my deposit return cheque from the mailbox! That is something that you would have had to fight for with the other builders. Their management knows the value of trust and time. As soon as the subdivision is fully assumed, they sent back iur deposit, before we even ask them.

Terrible builder, our home was delayed for months because they refused to fix a hole in the frame of the house. We were left practically homeless, because we were set to move in on said date. What felt the most spiteful was that all houses on the street were finished except ours. The upon moving in, window frames were cracked, tubs were chipped, and random holes wee left. We reached out to seek assistance but were completely ignored. If you don't want to end up homeless for months and racking up other temporary housing expenses, please look elsewhere. My poor parents had the most difficult time trying to get in touch with them during our warranty period, a completely ghost.

My wife and I are beyond impressed with the service of this builder. They handled the pandemic with the utmost grace. The house is in almost perfect condition and the builders were so kind when we would go to visit the home. Wide selection of upgrades to choose from and very intelligent and patient employee's. Our family will defiantly be buying with this builder again and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Worst builder ever from my experience. I purchased many homes in the past and had issues but not like this. Everything went wrong with this house from cracked hardwood to the wrong granite installed. This house was built very sloppy. The staircase was not flushed to the wall. There’s like a one inch opening from the staircase to the wall. Contacted management many times and they kept on dismissing the whole thing. They didnt wanted to do anything about it. Honestly, it looked like a 5 year old painted the walls. Every movement I make in this house, the house shakes and I’m not a heavy person. The customer service is the worst, they try really hard not fix anything. Just remember to always keep on pushing until the job is done. I will never purchase another Zancor home again unless they gave me 50% off the house. Arista, fieldgate and poetry are way better builders. Check them out instead. Please, I repeat, RUN from Zancor Homes. Don’t WALK!

Don’t buy anything from this builder. They will not let you assign the property in due course. My firm-occupancy date is less than 46 days away, and they are still not accepting my assignment request. BUYERS BEWARE.
