My water pipes froze in our recent very cold snap. My neighbor and a work colleague and another local business recommended Polar. Despite being incredibly busy that day, they came to the rescue by 4pm. My heat tapes were replaced, pipes insulated and a sensor installed for peace of mind. Shortly after placing a call, a representative showed up to provide a quote. After engaging their services, a professional showed up and completed the work quicker than scheduled. Both the estimator and the electrician were both personable and professional. She (the electrician) clearly understood exactly what was requested and did the work exactly as we asked (including a minor tweak that she accommodated on our behalf) and walked us through the final results. I recently had some work done on our home including installation of new circuits for my garage and repair of existing circuits. The estimator Rob was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and provided a prompt quote.

When it came to install, Mark did a great job and attention to detail was stellar. He even noted some unrelated concerns and brought them to my attention which I appreciated.

While the invoice did need some adjustments, the owner took care of it promptly and was great to deal with.

Top notch from the initial call to their office, to completing the service and providing an estimate for additional work that I was considering. I live in a 90 year old home and this was the third electrician I had called to figure out the issue and he found it within 10 minutes of looking.
