Called Mike the night before I needed him. I was performing a home inspection and the client wanted a sewer scope done. He sent Nevin out to perform the work. Found a crack in the pipe just outside the house and a slight blockage on the city side. Great service provided. Client was very happy.

Jurassic did an amazing job, we had a leak from our shower into our living room. They needed to cut a small hole in the ceiling, they were able to fix the leak, and cleaned everything up. They were very reasonably priced & professional. I would definitely 100% recommend them.

Jurassic Mechanical is a great company and very reliable. The guys will always come help with any job, small or big. They are very responsive and great quality of work. Their rates might be a bit higher than some of the other bigger companies, but definitely worth it. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing and heating work. Call Jurasic plumbing to fix an issue with my hot water heater, but unfortunately, the experience was not as expected. The technicians did not seem experienced with water heaters, and they arrived without the necessary parts. I was then charged extra for transportation to get the required parts, which I believe should have been part of their preparation.

Additionally, I was billed for three workers when only two were present, and the cost of the parts was much higher than their actual price. While I understand service charges, I expected more transparency and professionalism. I appreciate their effort, but I would have preferred a more knowledgeable and fairly priced service.

I hope they improve their pricing structure and expertise for future customers.
