Excellent condo complex with a few attached townhomes, apartment style condominiums, and rec complex with an outdoor pool, sauna, and clubhouse. Very clean grounds, and approachable onsite office manager, staff and board. Nicely treed and quiet. No Airbnb's or short term rentals; people are very friendly and helpful.

Been visiting here for the last few years. My friend owns a condo unit and though they love it; there are some serious concerns for anyone looking to buy here.
Firstly, the condo units have a nice layout, windows add lots of natural light. Building is older, however the bones are still good and if you do the renos, you can totally make this place a quaint home. With that being said, the walls are thin and the floors do not give much for soundproofing. So being mindful of your neighbors is needed.
The complex has shared space for each condo building. Tenets use the shared space for a BBQ, flower garden, seating and such. Townhouses have their own individual outdoor space.
Shared outdoor pool and hot tub is available for everyone. Just remember that it is to be shared.
Where this complex fails is when it comes to enforcing the rules they have in writing. These are the rules that everyone must follow, are known and should be enforced. Sadly, this is not the case and the board is reluctant to enforce and protect those who own and live in this complex. Instead of working with their tenants to mediate issues, they step back and expect tenants to deal with issues themselves. This causes major issues as some tenants refuse to follow the rules and the board refuses to enforce them.
Though the complex has some amazing tenants, the few bad apples are creating problems and the board are reluctant and address.
