Rohit Rentals manages the rentals here and they have always been prompt at repairing any in unit or building wide issues that needed attention. Ali Tahir was our building manager, and he worked incredibly hard to make our building a good place to live.

This building used to be a home care centre so the unit we stayed in felt comfortable and spacious.

The community within the building, at the time of rental (2022 to Mid 2024), and the neighborhood community are friendly and welcoming.

We needed to move out of the area for work related reasons, but we would happily rent with Rohit again.

Great building, very clean, great location, very friendly and welcoming staff & suites are beautiful. Application process was very straight forward and simple too. Maintenance workers are very friendly and respectful - couldn't ask for more. I am very, very happy to live here!
