My wife and I took posession and moved into our new Coventry home 2 weeks ago in the Copperhaven neighborhood of Spruce Grove.

The design process started a year ago when I started speaking with Jade Lam-Vo, Area Sales Manager. She is excellent to work with, and guided me through the customization process. Anything was possible, and I was able to modify each room to my liking. I made my office bigger, opened up the stairway, added a coffered ceiling to the living room, and modified the upstairs bathroom for my twins, to name just a few of the customizations.

Gage Gifford, Site Supervisor did an amazing job on the coffered ceiling, and walked me through the finer home construction details.

My girlfriend and I just finished our home with Coventry and we had an absolutely amazing experience. Our initial interactions with their wonderful sales team (Rachel, Zeina, Madison) are what ultimately made our choice for us. Our situation was a little unique being an infill after an insurance claim, and they were attentive to our needs and very flexible with the requirements of our process.

The overall quality of the build so far has been phenomenal, and any deficiencies we've found have either been dealt with swiftly, or are already pending.

We have had an excellent experience with Coventry throughout the entire process—from the sale to construction and the completion of the one-year warranty period. Our sales manager Darren, Homeowner Care Advisor Nicole, as well as the care team, including Mike, John, and others were all a pleasure to work with.
