Rester loin de cette compagnie....really bad compagny...ils ont toujours de bonne raisons pour entrer chez vous...inspection et inspection....cockroach infect Et ainsi suite... si vous voulez vous sentir chez vous... No rent with this business..
En plus La journée de ton déménagement il cancele votre clé magnétique alors qu il vous tienne responsable jusqu a La fin du mois.
Ne respecte aucunement leurs ententes!

ZERO STAR. We lived there for 3.5 years and now they are charging $2200 for the damage. I have filed claim at Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service (RTDRS) because there is no way we damaged to that extent. They charged $350 for vanity saying we discolored it. The cabinet door's top part was swollen because of water and they are charging me for replacing entire door worth of $500+. It happened because of the material and i did not damage it and they have no right to charge us for wear and tear. They even charged for light bulbs that did not work after 3.5 years of use. The carpet had black stains from previous owner and we used it as is as previous manager Sonam had told us not to steam clean when moving out as they will be replacing it in a year or two. But now they are charging for this as well. Some 4-6 holes in the wall for curtains and some paint chip off in 3.5 years of use cost $500. The blind that falls down upon touching is being charged $147. Because of that blind we had to put curtains and drill hole. And the list goes on and on. I hate saying this but Manager Tanisha was extremely rude to us. Please provide soft skill training to manager first because one time when i was asking her to help us and not increase $250+ in rent this year she gave us an option to move out. That was very disrespectful. Rachana is polite but she has less power and does take notes of complain but does nothing. Our brand new SUV was stolen in 2023. They lied to us saying we are the first ones whose car was stolen and refused to put CCTV camera in parking. We knocked doors of every neighbor facing that parking to check if they happened to have any information or footage but 3 people told their cars were stolen. The maintenance team is good and on time. One time our drywall cracked out of nowhere before 3 years and we called them. They were going to charge but found that it was fixed and sanded by someone who did not do good job so it broke again so they did not charge. Customer support are polite over phone.

Nice place. The building im in is clean, but the elevator is out alot. And as someone in a wheelchair that makes it impossible to go outside. Also they don't let people with mobility issues have handicapped stalls. And the sidewalks are not cleaned well enough to push myself up in my wheelchair. Also everyone parks in the handicapped stalks over night with no placard. Little things but over all a good place

Good place .Facility is well maintained, clean and spacious . Office staff are friendly . Rashna is very polite and humble. She is always ready to help. Overnight visitor parking is available. Highly recommended.

From the first day we came to see the apartments the attention is very good, the manager explained everything very well, values and conditions, it is a quiet building. They gave us a clean apartment and it really is a pet friendly place.

I had a terrible experience living in Merecroft Gardens. The building is poorly managed. Cleanliness is a big issue—garbage is often left on the floor, and I even encountered urine in the elevator multiple times. Security is also lacking, as people were knocking on my door at midnight and running away. Management failed to address these concerns, and I received no response to my complaints.

I rented a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment from September 2023 to September 2024 at $1550/month. However, before I moved in, rent had already been increased by $200 or $300. Just a few months later, they raised the rent by another $200 to $1850. It became clear that moving out was the best decision for me.

To make matters worse, when my lease ended on August 31st, they demanded I return the keys by August 28th, despite the lease running until the 31st. I returned the keys on the 29th, but they unfairly kept my $300 deposit. They claimed it was for two small holes in the wall from a mount and paint touch-ups, which I believe is completely unreasonable.

I wouldn’t recommend this building to anyone due to its poor management, cleanliness issues, and unfair handling of deposits.
