Worst place I've ever lived. And I lived on 118th Ave, 101st. Constant drug parties upstairs and stomping, loud music till 3 am. Your bedroom door will be blocked by illegal parking, which also blocks in your vehicle. I currently can't leave my own apartment because someone has been parked blocking my door and truck since last night. It's now 2 pm the following day and I'm still blocked in.
The sign everyone parks in front of literally says "Emergency access no parking."
Management can't do anything and they seem to be accepting of this behavior. Biggest mistake I'll make all year is trusting people when they told me this was a good place to live.
My only two request were no frug addict lovers in the building and somewhere to park my truck. They couldn't even meet that bare minimum standard.

I hate it here. I now have to move again.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! Everyone HAVE to read this before even considering. Bed bugsssss, cockroachessss, and poor poor management. Snow never gets removed in winter time, people always get stuck at the entrance of the parkade. Take them forever to get the potholes filled. ONLY ONLY one laundry room for the whole complex, which is 20+ units!! Which they did not disclose this in the beginning. Lived there for 2 years and the rent went up significantly, come on, with this condition? Called 2 months before lease ends, asking if I can go early without breaking the lease, it was agreed and signed the paperwork. Then I started to think, oh maybe they’re not that bad after all. BUT guess what, they charged for it anyways! Never get to do a walkout inspection before move out like they promised, had to called a few times to follow up! For this kind of condition,
and high paying rent, you’d be fool to stay.

Isabella the property manager was very sweet and she stayed on top of everything. She will be missed. I mean, who would've stayed?

Scummy , scammy and sleezy . A friend lived here for 2 years and was a great tenant. She asked to move out early with out penalty , they agreed! She would have stayed the rest of her term agreement otherwise. Bugs every where , pictures they have are very select and make things look good but overall far from it.... slum lords. I suggest the landlord properly address the issue . BEWARE THE CON-ARTIST MANAGEMENT

The new Community Director Steven is doing a great job in making sure the community is safe and up to the expectations of the tenants including us. We felt much safer now and valued by the management because of being responsive to our requests. I will highly recommend this apartment to everyone aside from excellent location, the whole community is safe. Hopefully Steven will stay as our director for more years 🙂

Hi this is Mohammad Ikram khan I was living in Lakewood height 304 unit my lease is over 16 October 2023 and I move from there. Which I paid my deposit amount 1215 doller. Lady was Jocelyn tameta she is worse lady she deduct my all deposit amount and she want more money 300 doller very worse apartment lots of mouse there I cleaned already everything but she charge me all damage may be she make money that’s her business so guys I recommend you don’t ever go this worse apartment .

I love the trees where the Magpies built a nest last year. They take water from the deck and straight to their nest do they steer. I love the stars late at night. Oh they are so bright. Even the SATELLITES. I love the plants I grew from seeds and put on the deck. Never done it before. Oh what the heck. The plants love the sun that shine on them almost everyday. THEY WILL BRING FLOWERS SOON. THEY DO SAY! FLO AND RANDY. A few issues but overall a good place to live. Need a screen door badly. We are allergic to bees. Been over 2 years now.
