I currently live at Sierra Greens in the area of West Edmonton. We have been there almost a year now and it has been great. Like many area of the City we are amidst construction, but it is nice to see new developments. Sierra Greens has been a fantastic place to call home as the property has always been exceptionally clean, quiet, and well maintained. I can't say enough great things about our Property Manager Ms Larissa Curry, whom always goes above and beyond to help out with any situation and is always there to great you with a friendly smile and hello! If you are looking for a nice place to hang your hat, I would recommend you reach out to the fantastic Team at Sierra Greens!!

A Rental Experience That Exceeds Expectations

My past experiences with apartment and townhouse rentals left a lot to be desired. I expected this to be the same—friendly staff to meet, greet, and sign the lease, only to find myself trapped in a nightmare once the papers were signed.

But not here! From day one, every person representing the Broadstreet brand has been genuinely helpful and non-judgmental. Life comes with its ups and downs, and having a team that understands and supports you through them makes all the difference. Thanks to their kindness and professionalism, Sierra Greens is more than just a rental—it’s a place I’m truly happy to call home.

One star because I cant give 0 stars. I went for my apointment for a dog meet and greet, everything seemed to go ok, she even mentioned time to pack your things and well see you soon! I paid my deposit to finalize the application. I recieve an email the next day saying my dog wasnt approved after she said everything seemed ok. Very shady to deal with, keep this in mind if youre looking to rent here.

Nice property. Management seems to be doing just fine and doing their best. But this place is going down. Heavy and loud music seemingly from the 4th floor ( possibly #416) on 21805 block. I called Edmonton Bylaws they suggested that it's up to the property management to warn and evict the tenant in question. But the management is not doing anything. I'd rather live in quiet shack than this property for real.

Improvement in the process. I appreciate the attention and changes lately, especially on disturbing loud music ( no longer the case), and smell of "cannabis" in hallways. Great improvement indeed.

Thanks Sierra Greens for providing the best and clean atmosphere for your Tenants. Huge shoutout to Minty as she is superb in her job. She is friendly at the same time very helpful. She answered all are questions and make sure that we go with right choices. She showed us around he smile and attitude towards people is amazing.

I would like to share our experience with Minty @ Broadstreet Properties regarding leasing a unit at Sierra Greens. Our first impression of Minty was her smile and how friendly she is to deal with. I have been to the office several times for help filling out required forms and all staff have been very friendly and most helpful. We have already been to the site quite a few times to have a look around and can't wait to move in the near future. What an awesome experience this has been for us to deal with Minty as we are in the process of selling our house and dealing with medical issues at the same time. She has certainly made our transition a lot easier and relieved a lot of stress. We cannot say enough about her and the staff working there.

Very professional and courteous, the 3 ladies I met in the rental office were simply amazing. My move in was flawless and the cleanliness of the unit exceeded expectations. So far the building is very quiet. Thank you for the great experience.

I rented an apartment here and received one of the best, if not the best, services I've ever encountered during my entire rental process. Calling at 11 p.m. for a viewing, I was placed through and offered a viewing the following day within 5 minutes. On the day of the showing, I was greeted by Minty. Everyone was happy and the atmosphere was positive. Minty gave me and my roommate a tour of their show suite, during which she explained everything and was able to answer every question we had. Overall, a fast and simple procedure from beginning to end. Strongly recommended.
