1. Garbage is always everywhere outside this buildings. Whether it's tenants or people dumping (think I've seen it happen before) they don't do a great job managing it.
2. The doors have a huge gape between the concrete, it is definitely NOT handicap friendly. I personally had a baby while living here and it was a task just to get through the door.
3. Inside the halls and main area are, I gotta say, very clean and tidy. It is, however, mediocre. Not well maintained. I didn't get a photo but the garage has not been swept in the two years I was here.
4. Everything inside the apartment is obviously built very cheap. Cupboards and drawers not aligning, the doors don't align; therefore won't shut (really annoying when you have a baby).

They just keep jacking up the price for everything AND started charging for visitor parking, and FOR WHAT? This place is a dump and we're being over charged for it.

I had a very good experience with the placement agents at Avalon Court. I appreciate the apartment I am renting. It is very spacious, clean, and the quality of the materials used to build the apartments is excellent. My wife and I are really satisfied with the apartment.

If I could give this place a negative star I would...no communication from head office after multiple complaints, rent goes up parking goes up to 75 and no cleaning or sweeping is ever done to maintain the underground parking... it's always leaking. No air circulation, and disgustingly dirty. No cleaning staff to clean the hallways elevators or entrances. The top parking lot hasn't been done all winter. After multiple requests it's finally being done (way to pate after cars have been damaged by the ruts) garbage is always over flowing and stuff everywhere. I would love to know why my rent has increased but the living conditions have decreased. No not rent . Once my lease is up I am out of here !!!!!!!!!

The new guy in the rental office is useless. His answer is always "Let me check with Christine." If he can't do anything on his own, then why is he working here? Does he even do any work? Both times I've been to the office he's sitting there with nothing to do. Today there wasn't a stitch of paper on his desk. Christine and Pamela were always busy like crazy. I really miss Pamela. She knew all the tenants, which units they lived in and all the processes. It's like the new guy read the manual but can't do anything other than type stuff on his laptop and take messages for Christine. It pisses me off that you let an amazing person like Pamela go. It takes years to get to know tenants and you can't put a price on that. Avenue Living doesn't give a shit about its tenants. They only care about making money. So they get rid of competent people, don't pay them enough and bring in fresh people who are clueless. The rest gets dumped on Christine who is doing more than her job since the newbie can't do much on his own. Instead of revamping your website and stationary, how about giving the hard working well deserving employees like Pamela and Christine a raise? Or how about cleaning the damn underground parking? Stupid cheapskates. I've lived here 8 years and this is the worst it's ever been. Tenants don't care and there are no repercussions for breaking the rules. Have your dog shit right outside the door. Track mud all down the hallways. Let your kids play in the hallways. Put your garbage outside the dumpster instead of in it. Management doesn't do anything. This place looks like a dump some days. Avenue Living only wants to raise the rent and do nothing for tenants.

No Garbage management
No safety for kids to play in grass.
No facility to play. People drive like race track. Office doesn't care if you're kids are hurt or killed in an accident. Nobody stays longer than 1 term wince they jack up price everytime.

The utter lack of communication is astounding. It’s been over a month since I reported a complaint in the initial phone call I was asked if I’d like a follow up from management which I responded yes - numerous phone calls, emails and even messages through their social media I have yet to receive any sort of follow up. If your company is incapable of completing follow ups when requested say that in the beginning rather than us having to chase down an update or even simply a response.
