Pros: We hired Sahi Contracing last year to build our 20x24 garage. They built it as promised within the given time period (approximately 4 weeks). The workers were great, respectful and communicated with no issues. There were a couple of items missed in the contract such as the exterior electrical, issue with the door knob (which is a common issue based on other reviews) and hole in the sheathing but they came back and rectified those issues. Overall, very happy with how these issues were addressed.

Cons: We issued the payment in full even though there were still some issues outstanding. One issue in particular still hasn't been rectified and we've tried to communicate multiple times with no luck. During the concrete pour, some cement dried on both of our neighbour's parking pad. We've picked up the cement ourselves out of courtesy to our neighbours and asked Sahi to dispose it but the cement is still here and it's already been a month in a half. (Issue has been rectified, thank you Sahi Contracting)
