Award Construction was managing a commercial property build behind my house right against the backyard fence. I emailed in originally stressing my concerns. They did take almost a month to respond and organize such email / schedule a meeting hence the 4 stars not 5. But upon Adam & Jesse coming to my house to view the damage - they were professional, punctual, understanding, respectful, and willing to resolve the issue promptly. They offered a temporary fix to hold the integrity of my yard and protect my dogs. Agreed to return come end of project to ensure everything was intact and repair anything damaged. Appreciate these individuals for their kindness and integrity.

DO NOTE TRUST THEM. My experience with Award Construction Ltd was nothing short of disappointing. We entered into a general contracting agreement with high hopes, but our encounter with this company left us disillusioned and disheartened.

We rented equipment on their job site and have not been paid in over 3 months. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
