Great staff and the best prices in town for many things.
Any questions I had, they were readily answered, and the staff are obviously knowledgeable.
The insulation is by far the best. Both the store and the yard is tidy and easy to get around, and the guys out there were friendly and helpful.

Best place for insulation in town. Their bags are the construction size at same price as consumer size 50%more insulation for same price .buy all my bulk lumber here , pick your own or have them deliver to your house , I think it was 60$ for a full truckload delivered. Great knowledgeable people

Have had 2 experiences where I have called for pricing and when I get there the price has changed. The last time it went up by almost $3 a board. This is terrible customer service. If you give a price you need to honour it and admit to the mistake. I did not have the name of the sales person but there was only one woman working the sales desk.

Our experience with this business has been very challenging to say the least; the lack of communication from some staff has been horrendous; 4 delays with window/door shipments, inconsistent pricing, order mix ups, etc. We really prefer to support small businesses, but unfortunately, the poor customer service has turned us off; very disappointing!
