The absolute worst people to rent from. They increase the rent every year by 200$ or more. They own all the rental apartments in Hinton so they are impossible to avoid. Management is the worst to deal with and if you do rent from them good luck getting the damage deposit back from them because you will have to take them to court for that to happen.

Never rent with St.Regis. Known scammers who award your tenancy by increasing your rent by hundreds of dollars.
Upon moving out they will try to charge you bogus fees in order to scam you out of your deposit.
The one bedroom we rented for 1150 per month in 2022 is now 1900.
Absolutely criminal.
Current management is abysmal and no one had anything good to say about them.
Completey predatory and money hungry.

Pros: the maintenance is good, building is kept tidy.

Cons: Outdated appliances and dont worth more than $700 for 1 bedroom. before moving in make sure u check everything, cuz u will not be told about hidden defects, and when u r moving out u might get surprised. building supervisor is happy if u go his way, else he is very rude and unreasonable at times.

overall, it was my necessity to get a apartment at that time and i took it in a hurry. but for ppl who r considering it, make sure about what they expects to see when u move out.

just wondering renting and appartment with no pictures inside the apartment, just showing lake or hills, and when you call to get an appointment it take forever , or the person in charge doesn't reply even when texting or calling what a joke!!!
