I went here for my grandma's retirement party and was greeted with the most friendly people that you could imagine. The bathroom was also amazing as it was very clean and had the nice soft toilet paper, and not that cheap stuff that most businesses use. 5 stars.

For more than two years, I have been waiting for a house assignment. Throughout this period, I have regularly visited the Valleyview office to check for updates. Katy, has always been very nice and helpful. Her assistance has made the long wait somewhat more bearable.
A few months ago, I finally received a call informing me that there was some availability and that I was at the top of the list. Overjoyed, I promptly gave notice to my current apartment owner, informing them of my impending move within the month. During this time, I also had a conversation with Darla from the High Prairie office.
Darla confirmed that I would be assigned a house and we scheduled a time for a visit. When my wife arrived to meet Darla in front of the house, she was taken aback by Darla’s sudden change of plans. Contrary to what had been stated earlier, Darla informed my wife that we would not be receiving that specific house and that it had been assigned to someone else. Instead, she mentioned that another house would be given to us.
This experience has left me profoundly disappointed. While Katy in Valleyview has exemplified professionalism and assistance throughout this process, my interaction with Darla reflected a lack of professionalism that significantly impacted our plans and created undue stress. Clear communication and professionalism are essential in such significant decisions, and unfortunately, our recent experience fell short of these expectations.

Dont use unless absolutely necessary... office in falher was next to useless the site manager there thought my friend was in a different unit then she was and then took money out of the mouths of her children. This business is ridiculous
