One month ago Western Mechanical installed a new furnace and last night I saw water/condensate leaking from the bottom of the furnace. This morning I called Western Mechanical and the receptionist said she would put in an emergency service call to get someone to look at the furnace right away - within a half an hour a service technician showed up, fixed the problem no charge, and said to call again if there are any issues. Joel was reassuring, professional, took his shoes off at the door and his work was tidy with no mess left behind (SUPER respectful, really appreciated), always friendly service and treats you like family. Thank you so much, I couldn't be happier!

Such a great experience! Went downstairs to find my hot water tank leaking, called Canadian Western Mechanical and had a tech at my house within a couple of hours and back in the same day to install a new tank. Service was fast, friendly, professional and stress free. Thank you, Joel!

Recently I was contacted by Canadian western regarding what looks to be a false review. I am the only “Becky Thompson” in their system, so they called to follow up. I received a quote from Joel at the end of last year. I had a wonderful experience with them, quote was on time and the price was fair for a furnace new install. They were pleasant to deal with and I will be calling in the future for any other HVAC needs.

I did not write the bad review post, from my experience I have nothing but good things to say and appreciate them notifying me about the name discrepancy.

I have used Canadian Western Mechanical for all my furnace and air conditioning repairs for my home. Recently I had my furnace quit over the Christmas holidays and they were able to send out a technician right away to start the diagnosis of the issue. Management was able to provide me with a quote and a timeframe for a full furnace replacement if required. My furnace is old and I was hesitant to put lots of money into it rather than replace it altogether. This allowed myself to make the best decision possible in the circumstance. During this time they even maintained great communication for any questions that I had during the process. I found them to be fair and professional when dealing with them, which is something I value when dealing with any company.

Al and John installed a new high efficiency furnace as well as a new heat run. We could not be happier with the job done. They came on time, worked thru the day and got everything done. They were careful in moving furnaces in and out. They tidied everything up before they left.

Discovered a very rusty bottom on our hot water tank this morning! I called Canadian Western Mechanical, and they had a plumber here this afternoon. The young gentleman was very polite and performed a re and re of the tank which included moving our water softener to get access to the water tank. He cleaned up the area including sweeping the floor. We couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend Canadian Western Mechanical. Thanks
