The owner was always friendly and polite really didn’t mind working for him at all aside from the . The problems where that. They make promises they never intend to keep you are doing the exact opposite as what you where brought on to do and the truck that you where promised was given to a new driver and you end up driving unsafe mouse infested junk down the road. The head mechanic is only interested in fixing stuff with a winch. And when you give him a list of things that need to be fixed nothing gets done and when it goes down he calls you and blames everything on you and says you should quit because you are not wanted . You have no tools or proper equipment in the truck to do your job. You ask for the stuff and are always questioned to why you need it. The one woman working dispatch has no idea what she is doing. When you run out of hours she tells you that you can keep driving over your legal hours of service and when you break down on the road she tells you to keep driving when it is unsafe to do so. They also only pay ot after 50 hours so really hard to make money and you have no life because you never know one day to the next if you will have work or not. Would be a good place to work if the owner would fire his head mechanic and find someone who cares about their job instead of trying to prove everyone wrong

If you are looking to get mudjacking done I would recommend going anywhere else. It was a run around to have Tom come out to give us a quote and I should've clued in then. When we decided to move forward with mudjacking our concrete patio in the back he sent very young employees. The first thing they did was jackhammer directly into our power conduit to our house. It's a miracle no one was injured! ATCO had to come and fix our line. We would not allow the workers to continue with the job as there was still a gas line to be dealt with in the concrete pad and I wanted to speak with Tom first. Tom refused to return phone calls all that day and into the afternoon of the next day. When I finally spoke to him he basically said it wasn't their fault and our concrete pad wasn't to code. He would not continue the job until we hired other people to clear out concrete first. He was adamant that the 23 year old and 16 year old sent to do the job were experienced employee (even though they informed us it was only their 10th job on their own). He was combative on the phone and unwilling to do anything or take any ownership of the mistake made. Think twice before phoning this company!
