We had True North Mechanical handle several projects at our new house, including making some much-needed changes and refurbishing our heating system. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable.

They not only completed the work on time but went above and beyond to ensure that our heating system was restored to optimal performance. The attention to detail and quality of their work were outstanding!

My daughter purchased a home that had been empty for some time and the boiler sounded like it was going to explode. I contacted True North Mechanical and they were out first thing in the morning to service the boiler. they did a fabulous job, boiler is working great and there are no more loud bangs. I highly recommend them and we will have them back for sure.

True North were great to deal with, they were able to get a technician to my house quickly to check out my furnace. With winter coming the furnace wasn’t keeping up anymore. But John was able to get me some new parts and the furnace is up and running good as new for winter!

Had True North Mechanical scheduled to come do a repair. Got a call they weren't able to make it (technician got stuck in a snow bank) and asked to reschedule for the following day...as early as possible (their request). Arranged for a 7am appointment. Technician was a no show...again. I have called/emailed numerous times. It has been over a week and they won't even return my call!

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any company in Fort McMurray! I needed my furnace looked at and it was winter. They realized the urgency and made it out to help when I needed it the most. After determining my furnace could not be repaired they quoted me on a replacement furnace which was a fair price and quickly had it installed. The new furnace needed a few tweaks to get it running right and they were right there to take care of that. I would highly recommend True North Mechanical for any of the services they provide. Outstanding customer service!
