My first and favorite home in Canada.
Everything here is perfect! The soundproofing is excellent: in a year of living here, we’ve never heard our neighbors, neither from below nor above, even though both have kids. The office staff is very kind and highly professional. They are always on site and constantly keep us informed about any changes or repair work through numerous emails. We were always aware of everything happening.

They respond to any requests or questions very quickly. There are often meetings and events organized for the whole community, and they even arrange camps and competitions for children.

At first, the only downside for me was the noise from the cars. But you get used to it so quickly that it stops being a drawback.

If they sold apartments here, I would definitely buy one and live here! Thank you so much for everything!

It’s been a very pleasant experience for me since my stay in Insignia tower . I have had no issues, very peaceful atmosphere with helpful and friendly staffs. Simmy has been exceptional in her customer service and very professional, Izet is excellent with providing cleanliness and maintenance is top notch. I don’t worry about anything I need as it’s gets resolved promptly.

Insignia Tower in Windermere is absolutely the best place to live. The Staff are very professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and kind. Cleanest, nicest apartment you can ever live in. It is the Best 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

The apartment we lived in for a year was gorgeous. The grey and neutral design was so fun to decorate. It was so spacious that we didn't have enough things to fill up the apartment. The units were also very quiet despite us facing the road. The building management and staff were friendly and easy to contact. Simmy helped make our move out of the building smooth and enjoyable.
