Jason Paul is hands down the best realtor I've worked with. He is super well connected with all the right contacts related to a home purchase (inspector, lawyer, banker, painter, etc.) to get the best price/service. Every time I reached out to him, he almost immediately replied, even when I messaged him in the evenings or on holidays! Sold a property in Edmonton with Jason and Sheena- I can not recommend them enough! They are both extremely knowledgable, professional and responsive. I was selling a property in Edmonton while living in Calgary and they worked around my schedule and went above and beyond to get the place sold in a timely manor. Gave me great advise on what I could do to make my property more appealing to the buyer, and what not to waste my money on.
