Me and my kids are living in The Edge for 4 month now and we are very happy with everything..apartment is very nice and cozy.The building is very clean..
I'm very thankful to Neda..she is been a very big help for me from the day one.
She is very nice and very friendly...very easy to talk and ready to help with anything.
I'm happy to find a nice place to call it home

They only have a few visitors parking like 4 for the whole complex and there are more parking lots for the visitors where they have to pay to part and people are struggling to park and are stopping on the road itself which is making it hard to pass through and are creating a block

My family and I are very happy that we got the chance to rent this beautiful apartment and finding a place we can truly call home 🙂 but this would not have been done without Neda’s exceptional support! My husband and I were residents at The Edge for only 3 weeks. Right away, we discovered numerous maintenance issues, unclean areas, and defective appliances in our suite. The building had several major maintenance emergencies like no heat during a brutal cold snap, requiring us to buy a large space heater to keep ourselves safe and comfortable. The electricity bill went up as a result. Our suite got barely any hot water in the sinks and showers, and there was no pressure in the water flow at all. The main lobby flooded after a pipe burst, and the fire alarm was going for 3 hours straight. The intercom buzzer was also broken for several days. Running water was unreliable and randomly shut off during the day.

It was impossible to focus on my remote job and keep my clients' privacy as maintenance techs and site staff were coming into my suite at random times every single day. The front door and parking restrictions during move-in were extremely inconvenient. Despite having permission, we were reprimanded for propping doors. The suites are small, lacking a hallway linen closet or dining area, and offering minimal storage space in each room. We were excited about having a dishwasher in the kitchen and our own ensuite laundry room, but we were unfortunately disappointed by that as well. Our dishwasher was broken from the day we moved in. The washing machine was incredibly noisy even with the door closed, and after finding a huge mess in the laundry room the first time we used the dryer, we determined the lint trap was also defective.

When we decided to submit an official complaint over email, the site team leader, Solange, personally reached out to us by phone. She was kind, empathetic, and willing to help us find a better solution for our family. We deeply appreciated her support and understanding.

There is a lot that needs to be improved, including communication between staff members. However, I will say that the neighborhood is safe, other residents are friendly, and the building is pretty quiet most of the time. There are lots of lovely walking trails in the area, and pretty much everything you need is close by. I do see potential in The Edge. I hope their next residents will have a better experience than we did.

The community is great, units are a bit smaller than I expected but the staff are friendly and helpful. The leasing manager Damanpreet did an amazing job to make our move in as smooth as possible. As I was in BC when I was looking for apartment in Edmonton, I requested a virtual viewing which she accommodated and responded very patiently to all my emails. We were not promised an underground parking when we submitted the application but on the day we moved in Daman offered an underground stall that opened up as we have small kids and are new to Edmonton snow.

Overall, this is a great place to live in with dedicated staff who go out of their way to help you settle in and make the experience easy and hassle free.
